Anusheh Asad is a renowned celebrity and socialite from Lahore. She started her career in 2008, after getting married, launching her makeup studio in the heart of Gulberg, called Studio51. At a time when there were many salons but no personalised makeup studios, her business became a booming success. Simultaneously she started writing her very famous and popular article ‘The Beauty Box’ for the en vogue weekly publication The Sunday Times that gained a wide readership and mass adulation.
In 2009, Anusheh was hand picked by Musharraf Haye, then CEO of esteemed international brand L’Oréal Paris, as the first Brand Ambassador of L’Oréal Paris in Pakistan.
With her plate already full, she went on to head ‘High Profile Magazine’ in 2010, a classy high end fashion and lifestyle quarterly magazine as the Editor in Chief, running the show from planning to execution.
Anusheh also worked as a fashion model, working with the cream of the fashion fraternity, from Nabila in Karachi to Khawar Riaz in Lahore, show-stopping on the ramp for big designers of the time like Karma and Amir Adnan. She embraced several billboards and commercials for television ad campaigns.
Being a television host has been Anusheh’s ultimate love which she started around 2011. From hosting her live morning show, Eid transmissions and other famed programs on television to hosting Red Carpet for glamorous events, she’s done it all. Anusheh has worked with PTV, HumTV, ARY, Atv, Aplus and many more.
After playing around with acting in television plays for a short while, she realised it’s not her cup of tea with long hours on set, as her first priority has always been her children. They’re both studying at Aitchison College.
With the advent of social media, specially Instagram, a natural transition toward that medium started organically for her, as brands wanted Anusheh to endorse their products, attend their events and receive their PR packages.
With 13 years of experience in fields complimenting this one, Anusheh started a business venture with her friend Teepu Qureshi becoming co founder of Evolve Pr and Media Communications
Teepu’s journey in the marketing field started in Toronto, where after graduating he did an internship with the then infamous Trump Toronto Towers in the year 2004. Moving to Pakistan in 2007, his first job was in the field of BTL and experiential marketing with the top event management company of its time J&S. Heading their operations, he had a chance to directly work with and create campaigns for brands such as Standard Chartered Bank, LUX, Telenor, Mobilink(Jazz), Dunhill, B&O, Jaguar and Land Rover. He was even part of a two-member squad chosen to launch the first Pakistani owned island in Dubai’s famous World Islands project.
In 2007, having realized the future of marketing lay in digital formats, he started Kaleidoscope Communications, a digital agency specializing in creative social media solutions for various brands in the local market. Five years later in 2013, he partnered up with Maram and Aabroo to start and operate a salon on Lahore’s entertainment hub M.M.Alam Road and ran it for the nest six years.
Whilst continuing on with Kaleidoscope Communications, in Late 2021 he co-founded a start-up by the name of Mera Record which is gathering traction and entering into its early funding series. Mid-2022 saw him venture into a new arena of work which was directly complimentary to his existing line of work which was Public Relations and Digital Influencer Marketing Solutions by the name of Evolve PR and Media Communications. Evolve was co-founded with his longtime friend and social media influencer Ms Anusheh Asad.
